Archaeology, Astronautics and SETI Research Association (AAS RA) is determined to prove in a scientific way, but in “layman’s terms,” as to whether or not extraterrestrials have visited Earth in the remote past. AAS RA publishes its official journal, Legendary Times ™ .

The Archives of Scientists’ Transcendent Experiences (TASTE) – an online journal devoted to transcendent experiences that scientists have reported. It lets scientists express these experiences in a psychologically (and professionally) safe space.

The Computer UFO Network (CUFON) is a pioneer in the electronic media UFO information field.The primary sources of both information and support for this web site are those individuals who have done quality work in investigating, reporting and studying the UFO phenomenon.

Flying Saucer Review – an international journal established in 1955. It is a quarterly magazine printed by quality litho on fine art paper. With overseas governments and air force libraries as long-term subscribers, FSR is recognised as a leading international organ in the world on the subject.

Fund for UFO Research (FUFOR) This non-profit corporation was established in 1979 as a tax-exempt corporation to provide financial support for scientific research and public education concerning Unidentified Flying Objects. The Fund advocates rigorous empirical study worthy of serious interest by government leaders, scientists and public media.

Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) – sources relating to consciousness studies and ultimate human mind/body potential.

J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS) is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization founded by Dr. J. Allen Hynek in 1973. Its mission is the scientific collection, evaluation, and dissemination of information about the UFO phenomenon.

Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) is the world’s largest UFO investigative and research organization. MUFON’s mission is the systematic collection and analysis of UFO data, with the ultimate goal of learning the origin and nature of the UFO phenomenon.

National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS) is a privately funded science institute engaged in research of UFOs and related anomalous phenomena. NIDS is particularly interested in phenomena that appear to be under intelligent guidance and in the possible habitation of space by intelligent life.

National Aviation Reporting Center on Anomalous Phenomena (NARCAP) helps to enhance aviation safety in the U.S.A. as related to reported unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), providing a completely confidential reporting center for aviation professionals, as well as collecting and analyzing UAP-related data of scientific value and sharing it with scientists and other professionals for their assessment.

Open SETI Initiative administered by Gerry Zeitlin challenges virtually every aspect of the current SETI program – its assumptions, its methodology, and its findings. It is calling for replacing the dysfunctional SETI program with a serious multidisciplinary study of evidence wherever it is found, “from the ground up.”

Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research (PEAR) was established at Princeton University in 1979 to pursue rigorous scientific study of the interaction of human consciousness with sensitive physical devices, systems, and processes common to contemporary engineering practice.

The Return to Magonia Project/Magonia Exchange: An ongoing research project developed by Christopher Aubeck (Spain) and Rod Brock (USA), dedicated to collecting, archiving, and disseminating accounts of anomalous aerial phenomena predating the year 1947.

Science Frontiers, published by the Sourcebook Project, is the bimonthly newsletter providing digests of reports that describe scientific anomalies, that is, those observations and facts that challenge prevailing scientific paradigms. Over 2000 Science Frontiers digests have been published since 1976.

Sky & Telescope magazine’s SETI section The articles there include a summary of the scientific debate over the chance of finding aliens, as the debate stands right now, and the only comparative description on the web of all SETI projects worldwide currently under way. Frequently updated.

Society for Scientific Exploration (SSE) provides a professional forum for presentations, criticism, and debate concerning topics which are for various reasons ignored or studied inadequately within mainstream science.

Society for the Scientific Investigation of Anomalous Atmospheric and Radar Phenomena (MUFON–CES) has been working since 1974 on elevating the discussion about UFOs to a scientific level and informing its peers about the phenomena.

UFO India – the only place on the Internet devoted to studying the UFO phenomenon in India.

UFO Skeptic – an information site on the UFO phenomenon by and for professional scientists administered by Dr. Bernard Haisch.
